TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS
1. In these Terms and Conditions a) "You", "Your" and "Customer" refer to any person accessing or using the services available on the site; b) "We", "Us", "Our", "DiscoBrakes", "CarbonCycles" and "DiscoBrakes and CarbonCycles" refers to DiscoBrakes.Com Pte Limited.

DiscoBrakes.Com and CarbonCycles.CC are websites maintained by DiscoBrakes.Com Pte Limited.
We maintain this web site as a service to Our customers. 
By using web sites owned and operated by Us or Our affiliates, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use, which may change at any time.
DiscoBrakes.Com Pte Limited is a Singapore based company with distribution hubs in the UK and USA, and complies with consumer law including Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with DiscoBrakes and CarbonCycles is safe. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

YOUR PRIVACY
We are committed to honoring the privacy of visitors and users of this site.  When you register with this site you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name and contact information. We use information that we collect in order to process your requests and orders. We share information, both personally identifiable and aggregate data, with partner companies who help us in the processing of your requests and orders. They may be given limited access to our secure database.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We offer a 21 day refund policy for complete peace of mind. Goods must be in their original packaging & must not have been fitted or used. Postage charges will not be refunded, and where the Customer has been offered free postage a restocking charge will be levied to cover the postage costs of sending the original item.

The return & exchange address is to our UK or USA distribution hub as stated on your packing slip. Goods must be accompanied with a completed returns form, and sent using a tracked service. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, and you may include a copy of your postage receipt if you wish. Please clearly mark your item with your name, username and reference number.

Exchanges will be sent upon receipt of the returned items, plus processing and actual postage fees as advised by us. Refunds will be made subject to a restocking and administration fee of 5% of order value (minimum GBP 3.00 / USD 5.00 or currency equivalent)

DAMAGED GOODS, ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
All damaged, missing items or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 7 working days of receipt.
We must be notified of items not received within 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from the Surrey, UK and Ohio, USA. Normal dispatch is within 48 hours.
To ensure international deliveries do not get stuck in customs, we will complete a customs declaration.

Any provision of this Agreement that may be prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective without invalidating
