Hi,
I need some dimensions for the Needle (insert) and Compression Bushing, for the Haraka Braied Hose.
Can you post them up here (with/in a diagram) ASAP .....I want to oder more stuff and this this bit will hold it up?

Hi Support,
I have another braided hose which has a broken end. I have tried everywhere to find someone to crimp a new end onto it. But no one has the right Needle (insert) and Compression Bushing. The Haraka ones look like they can do this job Ok. But I can’t be sure without the dimensions of the needle (short of taking apart the one on the hose I have here).

Sorry for the delay. I asked one of our engineers for some tech specs & he's come up with a nice diagram (which must have taken a while). I'll post it here in a minute as it could be helpful to others too.
The overall dimensions are:
Compresssion ring (olive)
Outside diameter 6.92mm
Inside diameter (bore) 5.8mm
Length 6.5mm
Needle (Insert)
Pin end which is serrated diameters 2.9mm max and 2.7mm minimum
Pin length 10mm
Seal end diameter 5.02mm , Boss diameter 6.95mm
Seal area length 3mm and boss length 1.7mm
Overall length of needle 14.7mm |

are these the same ones used by Hygia SLP brakes? they seem very very similar...
