Help!! How to buy from the CC site???

Hello all,

After getting a set of your very nice carbon/Ti QR skewers I have been trying to buy a couple of other bits. I have logged in (obviously) but haven't been able to work out how to make a purchase from the site - please help :) :)

The buy facility does not always appear even when logged in. I have visited the CC web site a few times today but only once has the buy facility been visable. It seems that something is wrong with the web site.

Can you go to the checkout page & see which country is selected.
We dont sell to some countries so the buy facility wont appear for those.

Hi Guys,

I ordered some forks last week, and everything went OK.

No help if you are having problems, but it looks like its only intermittent. Keep trying, because the gear is first rate.

I also cannot buy... No Add to Basket or Buy button is included anywhere on the page. This is madness! Suggest you go and stand over whoever does your web site until it is fixed for good. It isn't rocket science!
