looking at cc-fom25 carbon forks but is it available in non tapered steerer with IS brake mounts also would the cc-fom25 model work with standard 1/18 headtube and if so what headset to use

For a similar type fork to CC-F0M25 with a IS mount please look at our CC-F0325 fork.
Please contact the frame manufacturer for more information on the type of headset you need.
If you are only replacing the fork, then your existing headset would suffice.
