We are super excited to support Mike Ellicock in his ambitious South Downs Double record attempt later this year. His target is to do the 200-mile long route, which has more than 22,000 ft of climbing and 200 gates in less than 15:35h, which is the current record. Mike is no stranger to setting himself extreme challenges, and he holds the Guinness World Record for Marathon with a pack - 2:56h.
To get his bike in perfect shape for his attempt he will be using our full carbon monocoque fork, which combines low weight, steering precision and compliance as well as a long list of other CarbonCycles and DiscoBrakes components (rotors, brake pads, seat post, stem and handlebar).
