From where do you dispatch orders to Sweden?

I saw that you ship from either the UK or the US. Will orders to Sweden be dispatched from the UK depot?

The reason I'm wondering is because of customs. If it's shipped from the US I'll have to pay VAT and customs fees, but not if it's shipped from the UK (within the European Union).
