Good luck with delivery. I have still waiting for some bar bungs that I bought from their Ebay shop, it's been a week now & my cycling trip is this weekend.

Hi Mark

Sorry to hear that you havent received your latest order yet. They were dispatched by Royal Mail First Class on 25th June within 24 hrs of your order. As you know, once with the Shipper (Royal Mail) it is out of our control but they do normally manage to delivery to the UK within a day. I hope you receive the parcel soon & have a great trip.

If you think they have been lost in the post (which is rare, but it does happen sometimes), please drop an an email to support.

Thanks for your custom, and sorry about the inconvenience.

I received my 29er Alu Fork today 07/07/2010. Took a total of 9 days to reach here in SG. I guess the duration of delivery is fair enough.

Run thru and check the product and I found 1 dented mark on the top left side of the fork stachion.
I was abit dissapointed with the packaging. The dent mark can be avoided if CC make enough effort on the packaging side. The fork was wrapped only with a thin plastic bag layered on top with another smaller bubble padding plastic bag. Imagine if it's a carbon fork, the dent can actually rupture the carbon material. I presume it was perfect from the CC store before delivery.

Another dissapointment on the fork side is that the fork exotic label was only sticker paste on the fork body. Well another suggestion for the folks in CC, maybe it's better for the exotic label to be painted over or layered with a coat of lacquer or something similar. The best lazer etch it but that can be expensive. Just a suggestion though.
Not all are bad, overall the fork looks pretty and it felt very light and strong on the hands. I don't have a scale to measure the weight.

I got not enough time to install it on my 29er due to lots of work and the Fifa World Cup match are draining my sleep time. Maybe around next week and I can follow up later on how it perform.

Hi

Was the box damaged on arrival? Can you send a photo of the damage and box to us please?

Alu forks have transfer decals on top of the finish. They are very good quality & long lasting.

On all carbon forks the decals are applied under the last layer of lacquer

Thanks

Sorry, I did not thought off taking a picture of the box. I threw it straight away.
Whats left is only both the plastic and the bubble padded plastic. Upon visual inspection of the box, I did spotted 1 hole of the size of a SGD 5cents coin before I dump it.

I will take the photo of the dent, once I got the free time.
No worries guys I won't return it back as the dent is not really vissible from far a part and the fork is 99.9% good condition.

This is just a feedback for you guys to take into consideration.
