Scandium flat handlebar

Hi.

I'm sure there's a technical term for this which I don't know. But how much space is there on the 31.8mm 560mm scandium flat handlebar (CC-HF133156) to fit brakes, gear levers, grips etc? Before it starts to thicken out for the stem clamp.
I have bar ends on my current set up, but not sure there is enough clamp space for everything on a 560mm bar.

I have just measured one & estimate 18-20cm of space on either end before the bulge starts.
