Fork help !

I ordered some ali forks part No : CC-F0125.

They state they can take a v-brake or disc, well the forks Ive received can take neither, there is neither a v-brake mount or disc mount !

Also on the measurement length of the fork on your website says "Length measured from centre of hub to top of crown " Top of the crown being the end of the steerer tube ?

How do you measure your fork lengths ??
